Hey there! I'm so glad you chose to shop Vinyl Vaquera. A quick turnaround time is something that's high on my priority list, however, please understand that I am a one woman show. I run this business, along with working a day job, juggling my music career with my band, & being a wife.
I make some of the tees, draw most of the designs, hand make the jewelry & print the stickers myself, along with marketing, customer service, packaging & shipping.
Some of my products, such as jewelry, are made to order. That is why there is anywhere up to two weeks turnaround on jewelry.
With other items, such as my own tee designs, I sell out quickly & may have to make your purchase to order. I can also do this to accommodate any sizes I may not carry in store. My goal is to make the turnaround time as short as possible, so it may be less than two weeks, but please do not be shocked or concerned if it does take a full two weeks to process your order. If your tee shirt is one that must be made to order, you will be notified by email & I will do my best to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible!
